Practice and Game Day Location(s)

Practice Location (see picture below)

Practices are held outside at Nolensville Park Pavilion or Field near the bridge, providing a safe and accessible environment for our cheerleaders to develop their skills and teamwork. We encourage parents to drop off their athletes on time and ensure they come prepared for each practice session. Parents must stay for practice unless communicated with the coach prior to practice time.

Game Location & Designated Area for Cheerleaders (see picture below)
Games are held at Nolensville Park (the same location as practice), with cheerleaders assigned to a designated area along the 20-yard line to the end zones (on either side). The HOME side of the field is located on the side closest to the park, under the trees. This is where our squads will perform cheers, engage with the crowd, and support the athletes. Parents are encouraged to join us in the stands to cheer on the teams!

Coaches Handbook
The Coaches Handbook is a comprehensive guide that covers everything from practice protocols to game day expectations. It’s an invaluable resource for our volunteer coaches, ensuring that everyone is aligned in delivering a consistent, positive experience for the cheerleaders.

Cheers & Chants
Our cheerleaders learn a variety of cheers and chants throughout the season to support our  S.T.A.R.S. teams and build community spirit. These routines are an important part of game day and practice, helping our cheerleaders stay engaged and energetic throughout the season.
